"I finally got the chance to visit Vish Hollywood for a late lunch and I was not disappointed. Vish is located on the main road just west of the 95 in Hollywood, in a cozy and inviting plaza with plenty of parking. This counter-service restaurant is 100% vegetarian (with some vegan options available) and offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. I decided to create my own bowl with a hummus base, topped with falafel, vegan shawarma, and eggplant, along with sautéed mushrooms and tabbouleh on the side. As a bonus, they also included fava beans, chickpeas, tahini, Israeli pickles, olives, and some of the best pita bread I've ever had, all for around $35. It was the perfect late vegan lunch for two."
