"I noticed I got charged twice for the same meal on a Friday around 5pm. Left a message for the day shift manager to call me since I was told no one could help me when I called around 6pm.No one called me all weekend which regardless I was waiting for the charge to come off pending because maybe it could’ve been just a glitch.Monday comes around and I’m still charged twice so I call before heading over after work and they hang up on me once they hear I needed a manager’s assistance. So I call back several times and it just rings and rings and rings.Disrespectful AF.Update: called from my cell phone after work and the original guy who took my order answered and was as helpful as he could be as staff.Ultimately I just went to my bank to dispute the charges since I was having to waste my time trying to call/arrive when the owner was in store."
