"Online orders are extremely unreliable. I ordered 16 minutes ahead (it said it’d be ready in 12 mins), and when I arrived I had to ask for my order and they hadn’t even looked at (or started) my order… it took them another 10 minutes to make my two drinks, and they first tried giving my drink to someone else whose pickup order was also not ready and that person luckily checked his and said it wasn’t the right drink ?It’s not a one-off that they’re bad at pickups, another time I ordered 4 drinks and this time my order was “ready”, but it was missing a drink, double check your pickups! And expect to wait."
