"Generally we love this place. Their beer garden is awesome (when the weather is nice) and the staff is usually very attentive. The food is very good too. I only gave three stars because of our last experience.We placed our drink order and told the waitress we would be sitting outside. She said that would be alright and came out a few minutes later with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order food. We told her we needed a few minutes and she didn't come back out to take our order for another 30 minutes. She had been talking the whole time with a couple regulars, and that's fine, but there were only 5 people in the entire restaurant. We told her we changed our minds and left to eat somewhere else.This kinda tainted our experience, but we will be willing to give more stars and give them another chance, and hopefully our service will be better."

"We went, for our first time at Grille 31, to the Mothers Day Buffet. I cant say enough about how amazing it was!!! it was the best buffet any of us, in my group have ever been to!!! Wonderful selection and all top quality!!! Everything was cooked PERFECTLY!! it was also very organized, everything was fresh and hot, including a beautiful salad bar, and amazing deserts!!! Everyone was so friendly and the service was top notch!!!! We were truly blown away, and will DEFINITELY be back for regular menu!!! We really hope you will continue to offer the buffet for future holidays!! We won't go anywhere else if you do!!!"
