"Now that I've gotten that off my chest, let me rave about their Poblano Chicken Chile Relleno, which was absolutely delicious. The poblano pepper was stuffed with shredded chicken breast, smothered in a tasty sauce, and topped with generous amounts of cheese. I ordered the #10, which included the Chile Relleno and a Puffed Beef Taco, both of which were fantastic. The taco was crispy, and the beef filling was seasoned to perfection with a wonderful cumin flavor.
The rest of our group had the beef and chicken fajitas, which were also very good. For dessert, we indulged in the churros—crispy on the outside, perfectly fried, filled with dulce de leche, and dusted with cinnamon sugar. It was a delightful treat! Just beware that the first bite might be molten hot because of the dulce de leche. The atmosphere was fun, and my daughter had a blast, especially when everyone sang happy birthday to her while she wore a giant sombrero."
