"I've eaten here a few times and have had mixed experiences. The most recent time was good. Ordered a vegan burrito with only black beans, white rice and avocado and it was tasty. The fresh flour tortilla and fresh salsa really elevate the flavor. The order is wrong half the time at these kind of places so I made sure to repeat the order thinking even with only three ingredients they will f*ck it up lol, but it was correct and delicious!"

"Not even close to authentic Mexican food. First off the food is way overpriced for the quality of food you’re getting. They pride themselves with serving “fresh” food but the salsa was obviously days old because it had a gelatin appearance which happens with old salsa. The tortillas are hand made but are obviously not cooked enough. I know what a handmade tortilla should taste like and this isn’t it. When I ordered my tacos I asked what toppings were included and I was told pico de gallo was the only topping. More like a few slices of tomato and be grateful you got any. Pretty pathetic attempt for a topping. The food is mediocre at best. If you want authentic Mexican tacos go to a street stand. You’ll get 10 tacos there for the money you spend here, which only gets you 4 tacos."

"I vividly recall 'the Original' restaurant in North Hollywood, which was located diagonally across the street from the apartment motel where I lived 32 years ago. What amazes me is that the tacos taste just as delicious now as they did back then at both locations, with that incredible flavor that always excites my taste buds. The 'g' stands for...."

"The food here is fantastic and distinctly different from your typical Mexican restaurant. The dishes are wonderfully unique, featuring large burritos and plenty of chips and salsa. It's an excellent choice for both lunch and dinner!"

"Good food and good prices. Friendly staff too. I typically come here for lunch and get tacos, or the tostada, or enchiladas. Whichever I get they are always good. I usually eat way too many chips. Their sales is really good and they have a lot of different salsas to choose from. Poquito Mas is always a safe bet for lunch."
