"The gentleman managing the takeout and drive-thru, who has worked there for a couple of years, really leaves much to be desired. His customer service skills are nonexistent, and he seems to struggle with basic conflict resolution. Honestly, it felt like he could barely manage to prepare a hot burrito. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru for three chicken rolled tacos, I felt compelled to mention the delay, especially since I hadn’t received so much as an apology for the wait. The response I got was, “There are other places around, like Roberto’s and Filipito’s.” It’s disappointing to think that if you’re looking for decent Mexican food during a short lunch break, you might want to consider going somewhere else instead of putting up with this service. At least the rolled tacos were warm."
