"I’ve been to this Subway a few times, and while it’s not the worst, it’s also not the best experience. One positive aspect is that they manage to move through long lines quickly, which is great during busy times. However, I’ve encountered frozen ingredients, employees preparing sandwiches directly on the board instead of using paper, and staff that seem inexperienced. Recently, when I asked for avocado, the employee only gave me half of an avocado because the other half fell while she was scooping it. Instead of adding more from the leftover half, she threw it away and informed me that extra avocado would come with an additional charge. I found it frustrating that my footlong sandwich ended up with only 6 inches of avocado due to her error. It’s not my first choice of Subway in the area, but I might return, hoping they’ll improve their employee training."
