"I went to Chuys, as I so love to do, and ordered my regular meal. Chicken Flautas, refried beans, and boom boom sauce. When my food was delivered to the table it had queso on it, not boom boom. I nicely asked it to be what I ordered with the boom boom, it was no big deal. The waitress returns to my table under a minute later with my order with Boom Boom sauce, claiming she grabbed the wrong plate and that this was the right plate. Feeling like that was an odd response and with the short amount of time it had taken to be corrected, I lifted the flautas up, and low and behold the queso was all over the plate and the flautas underneath. I was completely dumbfounded. I have never experience service or shady waitresses like this I think ever. I will NOT be dining with them again. At least not the Austin Landing location.
