"My host in White Center told me this was her favourite place for Vietnamese cuisine. Lucky for me, I was craving that exact thing. I got dinner from Pho 99 two nights in a row, and though I got the same dish both times, I've heard that everything on their menu is pretty awesome. <br/ <br/ It's a famous place in the area, and the ambience is nice. A good place to sit down with family or friends and enjoy a rich Asian dining experience. From what I could discern most of the staff is Vietnamese, but they're all helpful and easy to talk to.<br/ <br/ I went for the grilled shrimp and pork with vermicelli noodles. The taste of the grilled meat and the tangy sauce still linger in my mouth. The meat is well cooked, so would recommend for anyone new to Vietnamese cuisine. There's a generous serving of noodles, vegetables, and meat. Fills up your stomach and your soul. I also tried a side order of pork roll wrapped in rice paper, and that was great, too. The peanut sauce that came with it was a pleasant surprise."
