"This place is always slow, but today they were horrible. They've got like 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing and it took 30 minutes to get our order (wrong); it was missing two of the 5 items. Ordered at 1:40, got our order at 2:12, and got what was missing at 2:20. Either everyone on day shift needs to be let go or they need to step up their game.Edit: Customer service gave me a $10 coupon, which I will definitely not be using at this location. Go somewhere else, whether it's a different location or different restaurant."
