"After 45 minutes, my food arrived. While the wait wasn't a huge issue, as a diabetic, I needed to eat after taking my insulin, and I was looking forward to my meal. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The wings were undercooked, and the fries were only lukewarm at best.
I called Supremes and spoke with the same woman who took my order. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the food quality and was put on hold. When she returned, she offered me two options: a refund or the chance to pick up a remake of my order. I explained that I currently didn’t have a car because my husband was at a friend's house watching the Patriots game. I requested to speak with the owner.
After another hold, I was told that the owner refused to talk to me. She said he had too many deliveries to handle and declined my request to remake my wings and fries until they completed the new orders. In my 47 years, I have never encountered such terrible customer service and a complete refusal to address a legitimate complaint. I wasn't asking for extra money or special treatment; I just wanted my order corrected and redelivered.
To make matters worse, I was hung up on. I’ve seen many other negative reviews about this establishment, with a common theme emerging: sometimes the food is decent, but many complaints revolve around the owner’s dismissiveness and rudeness. It seems like the food quality is hit or miss, but when it comes to customer service, I would give them a big fat F on their report card."
