"The lighting in the restaurant was oddly bright. Our waiter came to our table only twice: once to take our order (the first two dishes I tried to order were from the specials menu—something that should have been mentioned earlier; he also didn’t catch that we ordered an appetizer, which we never received despite it being the first thing we mentioned), and the second time to clear the plates that our host had brought to our table. This was despite him leaving a menu with us to order drinks, which he never inquired about again. The steak I ordered had quite a bit of gristle and fat that should have been trimmed. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend asking for anything else; we wanted to leave as soon as possible, especially since they automatically add a 20% gratuity."
