"I have never had a better bagel in my life than the ones at this restaurant! They are absolutely delicious and I cannot put into words how amazing they are. I tried a plain bagel with cream cheese, a plain toasted bagel with butter, and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and they were all exceptional. Plus, the most expensive bagel they sell is only $2.30 with tax included. However, the pricing for drinks and other items besides bagels is quite high. I suggest going to the nearby 7/11 for a cheaper drink option. Because of this, I am rating this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5. But if you're in the mood for a fantastic bagel, this is the place to go."

"This restaurant is the real deal for authentic New York bagels! The bagels are cooked and prepared to perfection. They offer much more than just bagels; there's a selection of hot and cold lunches, desserts, pastries, and a coffee bar with both cold and hot beverages in various flavors. They even provide catering with gift plates. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. You can either take your food to go or enjoy it at one of the seats available, but there is no table-side service. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and the service is excellent."

"Bagels are okay. But they raised their price significantly without updating their menu price. They pretty much can charge anything they want. A regular bagel is $1.50 with cream cheese is $4.00. I can buy a block of cream cheese with that difference. Crazy! I also read a review (right before I post this *wishing I read it before I went in) from 4 months ago with someone commenting on the same issue. So the incorrect price was nothing recent. Now that I think back, I should've just walk away after I questioned about the price and not let them rob me. I would definitely NOT return."

"I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but it has consistently been inconsistent. Sometimes the service is terrible but the food is decent, other times the service is decent but the food is terrible. The staff are friendly, but my order was completely wrong both this time and last time I visited. Despite them writing down and repeating my order, it still came out completely wrong. My order was missing items and I didn't have the time or energy to go back and complain. They definitely need to improve on some things."

"I recently had a catering experience, and I have to say, the food was exceptional and beautifully arranged. Everyone enjoyed the salads, and the hero bread was remarkably fresh. The only drawback was the long line on Sunday mornings if you need to pick up your order. Even though catering orders are processed at the front, other customers in the regular line often think you’re cutting in. However, that’s a small issue considering the amazing bagels. Overall, the ordering process was straightforward and stress-free."
