"Ironically I came here because I wanted to support a local business. The bakery is cute and the people that work at the front have been very polite with me . However, my one star is being placed because I've been waiting to hear back from the owner. I placed an order for a cake for my daughter's baptism a day in advance and was given confirmation that a basic carrot cake with flowers as a decoration would be possible, prior to making my payment. To my surprise the cake was not made and I was given the one that was on display the day prior with a carrot as opposed to a flower as decoration. If I had been told this in advance I would've gone to Paris Baguette. I've attempted to speak with the owner twice and am told that he is busy opening a new bakery in Manhattan. If you are looking to support a business that values you as a customer I'm so disheartened to say I made a mistake thinking this was it."
