"I had a pleasant experience with the Reuben sandwich, but there was a significant mix-up with the steak sub from the very beginning. After placing our order, a different server approached us to confirm the extra toppings we wanted for our chicken sub, mistakenly thinking it was a steak and cheese sub. She went back to the kitchen to re-place the order. When our food arrived, the additional toppings and dressing were missing, and we had to request them twice before we received them. My husband even had to get up and go to the front to get the dressing himself. Unfortunately, by the time we had everything, the sub was quite dry, and we found ourselves asking for mayonnaise again. At that point, the food was already cooling down. Given this experience, I don’t think we’ll be coming back anytime soon."
