"Don 't usually write negative reviews for small businesses but the level of disrespect I recently experienced here compels me to forewarn future diners. Not only did they forget one of the rolls we ordered AND up-sold us a substitution nirigi that ended up being $10 more AND told us our order would be ready in 20 mins and it took nearly *double* that...but the kicker was me coming back to tell them they forgot some nigiri we ordered that they STILL charged us for, and then them suggesting we were lying when we asked for our money back. The cashier floppy hair, Nirvana sweatshirt made every single excuse in the book why he couldn 't do it oh, our owner is in church now! and even took a phone call without putting them on hold while we spoke to him. Full disclosure: I 'm from out of town, so no big whoop to them that I 'll never come back. But the guy I was with lives within walking distance and he 's very much a regular customer. Well, he WAS a regular customer. He won 't go back the way we were treated. He also told me the restaurant randomly erased his rewards points a month ago. Lastly: Cashier dude doesn 't really listen to Nirvana. You can just tell."
