"I ordered delivery from Rosati's for the first time and was really disappointed. They refused to take our order because it was an hour before closing time. We ended up spending $79 after delivery fees and tip. While you could argue that ordering an hour before closing is late, it raises the question of why they stay open until 8 PM at all. Even if they closed earlier, people would still likely place orders 45 minutes to an hour before closing. We've only dined in twice; our first visit was fantastic, but the second was not so great. It had been over a year since our last visit, and we were excited to try three new dishes (one pizza and two pastas) via delivery. It's disappointing that we missed out on that opportunity because of what feels like a lack of effort!"
