"I went out for dinner with my family, and unfortunately, my pizza was prepared incorrectly. They offered to remake it, but by then, the rest of my family had already finished their meals, so I requested to have the pizza boxed to take home. After a quick glance, I paid the bill and headed to the car. Upon inspecting the pizza again, I realized it was still incorrect. We went through the drive-thru to address the issue, but I was told that our only options were to either get a refund or keep the incorrect pizza; we couldn't do both. All of this took about two hours in the restaurant, and because of this experience, we will not be returning."
