"I decided to take my family to this restaurant for Valentine's Day after hearing rave reviews about their shrimp. We had a reservation, but unfortunately, we still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Our waiter arrived promptly, which gave me hope that the wait would be worthwhile. He took our drink orders and returned shortly to take our appetizer orders. However, after about 20 minutes, only 2 out of the 3 appetizers arrived. He then brought out our salads (thankfully, we ordered those), but we had to wait another hour for our main courses to be served. Our waiter repeatedly apologized for the slow kitchen service, but it seems this is a common issue at the restaurant. I initially thought they had just overbooked for the night, but I've seen several similar reviews on Facebook from others who had the same experience. The food was good, but it wasn't worth the lengthy wait or the price we paid. I won't be going back, and I will be sharing my experience with others."
