"The restaurant has a large yet cozy decoration, with one side dedicated to the bar and the other offering ample seating, which is now available free from the constraints of the pandemic. The Cosmo cocktail, specifically the fig cosmo, was enjoyable but a bit too sweet for my taste. The sausage appetizer was very satisfying, and the glazed apple slices paired with beet and cabbage made for an excellent combination. The ahi tuna salad was outstanding, with a generous portion of greens including green beans, all topped off with a flavorful dressing that complemented the tuna perfectly. The ahi tuna itself was perfectly cooked, with a pink interior and a slightly smoky flavor from the sesame seeds on the outside. Overall, a unique and impressive dining experience at what appears to be a standard bar restaurant. Bravo."
