"I ordered takeout from the restaurant and found the food to be enjoyable. However, I was a bit concerned to see that the health department rating was low. Having worked in the food service industry before, I know what those ratings signify. Points were taken off for several reasons, including an open dumpster, a lack of individual spoons for condiments, and staff beverages being present in the kitchen. Fortunately, there were no issues related to food safety, such as improper temperatures or unclean hands."
