"I recently ordered a small gluten-free cheese pizza without sauce for my teenage daughter, who has multiple food allergies. I made it very clear that I didn't want any sauce. However, when I brought the pizza home, I found that it had sauce on it. I called Domino's to explain the issue and offered to return the incorrect pizza for a replacement. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to insisted that I hadn’t specified no sauce in my order. They then offered to sell me another small gluten-free cheese pizza without sauce, but I declined the offer. This experience left me disappointed with their customer service. My family might have ordered from this location more frequently, but now we’ve decided not to return."
