"I had the worst experience with chicken wings at this restaurant. They not only looked unappetizing, but they tasted terrible as well. One bite and it was like I was eating greasy, old chicken that had gone bad—completely nauseating! To make matters worse, my entire order from Postmates was incorrect, and when I called the restaurant, the staff was rude. I spent $50 on food that we ended up not eating at all! I wouldn’t be surprised if that food is still sitting in the deep freezer. I’m so disappointed that we had to find food elsewhere that night. I want my money back, and I can assure you that I won’t be returning to this restaurant or recommending it to anyone—next time, I’ll go to a different Japanese place. I informed Postmates about the issue, but they did nothing to help. If I don’t get a refund from them and the restaurant, I'll be contacting my credit card company. This experience was absolutely disgusting."
