"To start, the Maître d' informed us that the reservation I made through Open Table was no longer valid since he had canceled their service over a year ago. He then proceeded to complain about Open Table being a scam. Luckily, there was a table available, but it took over 45 minutes for us to place our order, and two of their house specialties were unavailable. When our food finally arrived—well over an hour after we were seated—my dish, the sauerbraten, was dry and tasteless, making it inedible. On the other hand, my wife enjoyed her salmon, which she said was very good. They never returned to refill our water, possibly because we opted for tap water instead of the bottled water they strongly promoted. There’s more to say, but you get the gist. I recommend finding another restaurant."
