"My husband and I had made reservations a week and a half prior to our brunch date with our friends We could tell our server was not feeling well. Her voice was basically gone and did not look lively. She did not begin waiting on our table until we had been sitting for a good minutes. We ordered bottomless mimosas and they were hardly “bottomless”. She came and checked on our table just a few times, therefore not refilling our drinks as much as we would have liked. My husband and I have been to your restaurant in the passed and received this same service but were willing to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. The few times our waiter came to check on us, she spilled an iced coffee all over the floor that resulted in it spilling INTO my shoe. Another time she came over, she spilled a cup of ketchup all over the floor and it got all over my husbands jeans We were SO dissatisfied with our service and overall experience. The drinks were very watered down, the Buffett didn’t have any plates, and when we asked for them to be restocked, they brought out wet plates. We ended up apologizing to our friends many times... When we received our check, our server had our bill wrong and charged us for something we didn’t even order. The list could go on. I’m afraid we won’t be visiting again unless we are compensated"
