"This place should train their employee better way. I was there today 4 pm with my young one and had a very unpleasant biased treatment experience. I tried not to complain or lose my temper with her in front of my child. First, I went into the shop, no one was working, and we patiently waited until the employee showed up from the back kitchen. When I ordered my tea, her response was, What did you say? with a tone which made me feel mistreated. From that moment on, she treated us in a biased and assaultive manner, from credit card payments to getting my cups of tea. Sorry, I am not overreacting to a teenage employee over there. I know what this treatment meant. I have been through like this many times and know how to deal with it. But I didn 't want to do it on the spot in front of my child. Probably, the store does not have a training system for their employees about treating customers right. BTW, my cup was not sealed correctly and split by grabbing. When I asked to reseal it, her facial expression was even worse.On top of that, I asked her for another straw, and she almost threw one at me. I would never return to this location or any other Bubble bee store. I will share this experience with others who would like to come to this place.If you want to treat well or fairly, please drink your tea from somewhere else,"
