"What has happened here?! I used to love stopping by for coffee in a cheerful atmosphere, but now this place blares loud Mexican music. When I requested to turn it down or switch it up, the staff flatly refused. If this café has transformed into a Mexican venue, then it should lower its prices and change its name! This is an embarrassment for the franchise owner! My friends and I will not be returning to this café again!
Update: I'm really disappointed with your staff. If I wanted a Mexican café experience, I would have gone to one, but I came to a FRENCH BAKERY! I've visited this brand's locations in Malaysia when I lived there and have never encountered anything like this. There’s no point in writing to your email; I just want potential customers to be aware that if they expect the same service from a familiar brand, they may find themselves very disappointed. If you’re interested, check your security footage and talk to your employees—I seriously doubt any decisions came from there. It’s a shame because your coffee is genuinely good. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for another French bakery instead."
