"I made a reservation for Thanksgiving brunch with my family, hoping for a special experience. I chose this restaurant because of its lovely atmosphere, beautiful views, and high-quality food, having visited it many times before. I confirmed our reservation over the phone and increased the number of guests from four to six. However, when we arrived, they had no record of our reservation for six and almost didn't seat us. Eventually, we were placed in a large, empty ballroom, while there were plenty of open tables in the main dining area, which had live music and a great ambiance that I had hoped to enjoy. We spent about 1.25 hours there in the ballroom, and the cost was $641.33 for all six of us, in a space that felt deserted. On a positive note, the waitstaff were exceptional, but I was very disappointed, especially since we were hosting two other couples who are family."
