"I have been to Longfellow many times and this was quite a disappointment. In the past I have had exceptional food and hospitality here but my recent experience was more like going to tasty burger. Too bad we were celebrating my and the restaurant was aware of the occasion. Waiter ignored us and my companion got his drink a full minutes before I got mine, a negroni which is one of the easiest drinks to mix. This was after the waiter had to come back and reconfirm our drink order. Food was extra greasy, fries were overcooked and burnt. After we finished our burgers the empty plates sat filling the entire table even after we ordered a second round. It was only then he realized they needed to be cleared because there was no place to put new drinks. We had a late reservation at and the place was pretty dead so itâs not like they were slammed. With service like this and at these prices go somewhere else."
