"we visited the subway in wagner, sd last weekend. when we ordered they said we are OUT of that kind of bread we only have wheat, and flat bread . is that nuts or what? so we odered our 4 subs on wheat and the toppings were ver scrimpy, all 3 were reading their CHEAT sheets, and while eating them.....they ran out of bread and people were leaving. (7 pm). CRAZY!!"

"I frequently visit this Subway and use coupons for discounts on 6-inch subs, footlongs, meals, and more. They usually accept them without issue. However, one evening, the manager informed me that they don't accept coupons, which is incorrect because they happily take them during lunchtime when I usually go, and the staff member there knows me. The manager was rude and started speaking in another language when I tried to pay with a $100 bill, and she didn't even have enough cash in the register to give me change. It's frustrating when they lie about not accepting coupons and talk behind my back when I try to show that I'm paying. It's about sticking to principles."

"About four minutes later, I decided to wait inside the restaurant instead. After a few minutes, the employee handed me my order in a bag. I left the store and went to my car. As I was checking my subs to ensure everything was correct, the same employee unexpectedly approached my car window and accused me of taking an extra sub, claiming I had taken the first sandwich he had prepared for my order. I was infuriated because I hadn’t taken anything—he didn’t even give it to me when I first arrived. After stating that he had forgotten to make the second sandwich, I had left to wait for both sandwiches together. Thankfully, my boyfriend was in the car with me, which seemed to catch the employee off guard. He didn't have much to say after that, but it made me wonder, what if I had been alone? What would he have said or done? I wasn’t parked directly in front of Subway; I was on the opposite side of the parking lot. The fact that he recognized the car I was in was shocking to me. I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't let someone disrespect me in my personal space while I was in my car, accusing me of taking three subs—it’s ridiculous. He clearly wasn’t paying attention to the order or to what had transpired inside the restaurant. I suggest the Subway manager review the surveillance footage, sit the employee down, and discuss the situation. This behavior is unacceptable; he needs to be more attentive. I bet if I were a man, he wouldn’t have gone out of his way to approach my car over a sandwich. "The quality at Subway is outstanding and the convenience is a definite plus. The dining area is always clean, which is impressive for a fast-casual spot. While the service can be a bit slow during peak hours when the line gets longer, the overall experience is very positive. "My experience was bad, The staff had an attitude, Laura and including Mayra the manager did not answer my good morning, they did my sandwich with a long face. I told Laura to give me a minute that I was waiting for response on a 4th sandwich of my friendand the employee Laura rolled her eyes and walked to the backroom with out saying anything until Mayra the manager called herback. My total was $42. I had a one hundred dollar bill and Mayra tell me she has no chance, I ask what do I do if I don 't havechance and her response I don 't know and grabbed the bags like if I was going to still them. I 'm never going back to thelocation."

"Hidden gem. Was hungry, and this place happened to be nearby. And whoa did I luck out! Amazing staff, great food, and good prices. Atmosphere: 8/10: seat yourself in a small mom and pop/hipster environment. Kinda small but totally cute and tolerable if you can snag a seat before the rush. Can feel very crowded. Lots of people over 50 years young when I was here. For me, I love being around a mature and unpretentious crowd, and this was a selling point for me.. haha. I have only one grandparent left, and it just feels nice to be around wise and cute people. Anyway, I digress! Lots of ducks (toy ducks) everywhere and it's clean. Not sure if I saw a bathroom... but otherwise, ace place! Bring a date for brunch! Food: 10/10: I had the table sandwich- avocado, lettuce, tomato, bacon on wheat bread with mayo. I don't normally like wheat bread... I really liked this one. Don't know if it was the special mayo or the bread that made a difference. Check it out though. Comes with home-fries too. I finished this feeling just the right amount of full! Also I highly recommend daily soups. Today was broccoli cheddar! Yum! A lot of tables got it too! So if you don't get it, that'd be weird... Customer service: 10/10: waiter Trey was on point! Great with offering two different hot sauces, giving me perfect amount of time to decided what I wanted, and overall gave out good vibes. He might not have refilled my water though so perhaps I'm wrong...Just kidding. They are good people. Easily forgivable as I had forgot my wallet after eating (not wanting to impose on an event they were going to have within minutes), and voila, Trey rushed out with it before I got to my car! "Great service and even better sandwiches! I loved the menu items but wanted a simple turkey and cheddar on sourdough. The sourdough roll wasn't tough to bite thru and all the ingredients were super fresh. My daughter had the hotdog that did not disappoint, and the man had a hot pastrami that he basically inhaled. Overall, great place!"

"Subway is suppose to fresh... clearly this place doesn't know what fresh is. My bread looked like it was 3 days old, they didn't pack their turkey correctly so she made me pay extra for the regular amount I always get at other subways, she started touching all the bags and used the same glove to touch my sandwich when I refused to purchase the sandwich she made me buy it anyway and said she would call the police.. worst experience ever never will be back here again and don't recommend anyone ANYONE!!! To ever eat at this subway again. All of the cheese were not together most of it was being covered by a sticker.... And when I realized they have the cheese I wanted before she toasted it she told me no because she already put two pieces of the other cheese on my sandwich."
