"Ordered the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen. Nice that they split the order for myself my GF to share. But the soup was very warm and not hot as you would expect. The broth flavor was missing something I couldn't figure out. We also, ordered Unagidon. It came sort of cold, but not sure if it's because of the salad they add to the bowl. I think it's best if it's separated. We did find some fish bones thick enough not to eat, which was a concern. But the overall flavor was good."
