"What an amazing buffet!! The price was $28.00 for 2 adults with drinks. I thought it seemed like a lot of money but it was well worth it! They have a salad, soup and potato buffet. They have a very wide selection of main courses including chicken, shrimp, BBQ pork, pot roast and steaks cooked to order. The side dishes were veggies, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cabbage and much more. The dessert buffet had it all!! The chocolate cake was my favorite but they also offered bread pudding, brownies, apple crumb cake, cookies and a do it yourself ice cream bar. There were all types of toppings for the ice cream and it was delicious. Keep in mind that this is not the healthiest of foods. But if you are hungry, I can't think of a better place. The food was really, really good and the service was great. As we were leaving, I saw a sign for the breakfast buffet and I am looking forward to trying it! My only problem was that the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. On the whole, it was AWESOME and we loved it. Bring your appetite!"

"We had the family over for Mothers' Day, so we ordered a lot. The clam chowder was really good, and I've had a few really good Chowders before, but I had to fly them in. I didn't have the tomato soup, but my nephew had 3 bowls, and thought it was excellent. The crab cakes were meaty and tasty, but a little tartar sauce made them better for me. The mac n cheese was good as was the sweet potato. The scallops were fresh and meaty. I know my Mom will be getting her weekly crab cake from here instead of driving to Bobby Chez. All 16 of us left happy and full. I would definitely recommend them."

"Excellent service from all employees, but buffet was obviously ill-managed. (Except for bakery and desserts, which was kept clean and well-stocked. Definitely no regular temp checks or quality checks, and manager seemed more concerned with to go orders than the customers in the restaurant. "Gave my sons spoiled milk. My toddler guzzled down the whole thing and was immediately acting strange and didn't want to eat. I then tasted my other son's drink and it was definitely spoiled, and the mom at the table behind me also sipped her son's milk and it was spoiled. The manager apologized and told me multiple times that the expiration date was 9 days from now and that they just bought the milk, then offered me two warm juices for my kids. After I told them my son was obviously sick after drinking the milk. I then went up to the register and the credit card machine wasn't working and had to stand there for a while for them to plug another one in. I told the server that another customer just said the milk was spoiled and she said she THINKS they just dumped the milk out . Manager was nice enough when I complained but seemed clueless as to the fact that the milk very well could have gone bad or have been stored improperly at some point. I called the health department to ask them to check to make sure ALL of the milk they recently purchased was thrown out as it could be bad too. Went online to see that the store had 5 critical mistakes on their health inspection report in December, one of which was not having staff trained well enough in food safety. I want to say that everyone did seem to be genuinely nice there, just not maybe knowledgeable in food safety and unable to handle the situation properly. I don't really think the manger understood that I had to go home with a sick kid that day due to someone's mistake."

"Wow, excellent. Found this place on google while traveling and what a pleasant surprise. Food was amazing. Best corned beef hash I 've ever had clearly homemade with perfect amount of onions. Italian toast saturated with butter was fantastic! Pastrami also very good. Everything was super fresh. Comments from the older people in our party were that the 'Hash browns were like what we had as kids growing up in New England ' Watching the line cook(s) work is a serious pleasure. Staff was attentive. Prices are generously inexpensive for quality and quantity of food. On top of everything else, place is super clean. Bathrooms were spotless and it was super busy! I highly recommend stopping here. What a delight during our trip from Boston back to NY."
