"Came here on a quiet Saturday afternoon, off hours for meal times. Service was insanely fast. Immediately seated and almost immediately served food after ordering. Maybe no more than 10 minutes in between walking in and taking my first bite! Beef Doobu: I ordered the beef doobu The soup came piping hot (see the attached video), which was a good sign, still bubbling even! Unfortunately, the soup was fairly diluted, so it was tough to judge the flavor. There also weren't many slivers of beef the pieces that did exist weren't very flavorful either, possibly due to the diluted soup. For what it's worth, other reviews seem to compliment the bibimbaps more, so I may have just ordered the wrong dish. Side dishes: Not bad! These side dishes hit all of my favorites, so nothing to complain about here. The restaurant was decently clean, well furnished, and cozy. The location is pretty solid too, smack dab in the middle of Japantown. If I came back, I would definitely try a different dish however!"
