"I often face problems with missing items in my takeout orders. For example, I ordered two sweet and sour dinners, but there was no sauce included. I've also had instances where rolls and appetizers were missing. It’s quite frustrating to have to open the stapled bag just to check everything, or I end up out of luck when I call back to inquire. Moreover, the egg rolls are small and excessively greasy—the outer shell absorbs too much oil instead of being light and crispy. As for the fried rice, it’s simply parboiled yellow rice from a supermarket box, not authentic fried rice."
