"I've been ordering takeout from this location for quite some time, and it's usually a pleasant experience. However, I often have an issue whenever their driver, Cathy, delivers my order. It doesn't bother me too much since she's not always the one delivering, but during my last experience, things took a turn. When she arrived, she didn't even come to the door and instead called me to come out to her car. When we met her halfway, she was quite rude, and to my surprise, she demanded a tip! When I refused, she threatened to add one to the receipt herself. As she walked away, I could hear her mumbling something.
I called the store afterward to confirm her name, and the manager, Nathan (or Nathaniel), was extremely apologetic and kind. He handled the situation very well, and it's his professionalism that will keep me coming back. Just a heads-up: if you receive a delivery from Cathy, make sure to check your receipt—you might find an unexpected charge!"
