"Stopped in to Bonefish Mac’s last night and sat inside at the bar. We had Matt the bartender and he was awesome! Pleasantly surprised in the yummy old fashioned he crafted for us! We ordered the queso, the jerk wings and the trifecta wings. The jerk wings are slow cooked and fall off the bone! We had them in the jambalaya and I can honestly say they are the best wings I’ve ever had. Big meaty juicy and tender! Perfectly jerk seasoned too. That said, the trifecta wings were delicious but paled in comparison to the bold flavor of the jerk wings. We will definitely return here for the wings. That said, the queso was a poor choice on our part. The menu said it had sausage and it was a mystery on whether it was really in there. The cheese itself was a fake processed cheese. The chips were better than the dip! That said I think we just got overwhelmed by the vast selection and huge menu they have here. There are some fantastic items that will blow your mind, like the wings. Enjoyed the open kitchen and the general manager keeping an involved and watchful eye on the place. We shall return."
