"We have been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed until the last few times we have gone there. The management of this place seems to have forgotten about it and have let it die.First, they are still serving everything on take-out paper plates, bowls, and cups. Hot Thai food on soggy paper plates is not my idea of a good eat-in experience.Second, they seem to have forgotten that beer is a money-maker for restaurants. We wanted a large bottle of beer rather than the standard 12 oz. bottle. They didn't have any. Really? Management just watched a good profit go up in smoke. We ended up getting the small beer and asked for a glass to pour it into. The only thing the server could offer us was a plastic cup. No thanks. Plastic cups are for camping and sitting by the pool.Third, the Pad Thai was mushy and smelled and tasted like fish sauce. I know fish sauce is part of the ingredients of Pad Thai but when it over powers the meal, it's too much.Fourth, the table was sticky. Since they only employ one server at a time there's probably no time to do a thorough cleaning of the tables.I wish I didn't have to write this review. We had another Thai place in town that was our go-to until we found Royal Siam. But until management makes the decision to bring back real plates, cups, and silverware; stocks the bar with multiple choices of beer; and thoroughly cleans throughout; we will not be back. The only reason I gave this review two stars is because the server was very nice and apologetic. She was the only server on a Friday night and was working hard to keep up with about 15 tables of patrons. I think she did an excellent job given the circumstances."

"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The exterior of the restaurant looked inviting, and the interior was even better. It had a slightly dim ambiance that added to the atmosphere, and the moderate noise level combined with upbeat music created a lively vibe. The service struck the perfect balance between professional and welcoming. The hostess was excellent, and our server was fantastic. One of the owners, Saed Wadi, even came over to greet us. It quickly became clear that he has a natural talent for connecting with people; he treated us like we were guests in his own home. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff managed everything with such confidence and skill that we felt like we were the only diners there, even during their opening week. Initially, I was uncertain about the food, but that doubt disappeared after I took a bite of everything we ordered. I was left feeling conflicted because I wanted to savor each dish all at once, they were all that delicious! The chicken wings were incredible, especially with their special sauce. The mussels and shrimp were top-notch as well; the sauce made all the difference. The portion sizes were generous, and I’m glad I arrived hungry because we polished off everything. Surprisingly, we didn’t leave feeling overly stuffed—perhaps it was due to the absence of rice or pasta that made it so enjoyable. I even found myself wanting to return the very next day. And don’t overlook their toast; it was unlike any toast I’ve had before. Thank you, Grand Catch, for a delightful evening. I look forward to visiting again and again!"
