The eggs definitely seemed like they were from a previous day’s dish. Honestly, I've had better leftover chow fun noodles! The dish was extremely bland, and I couldn't even taste any wok hei; it felt more like fettuccine in a watery broth accompanied by the old eggs, chicken, and yellowish lump of broccoli. It seemed like they thought I wouldn't notice the difference, but I know my Thai food well. In a city like Stanton, with a large Thai and Vietnamese community, I don’t understand how they manage to stay in business. This was a truly disappointing experience."
