Tung Tong was one of the best I’ve had, so flavorful, just delish. The soup was a very good balance of coconut and lemongrass sourness. Final fish green curry deserves 10 stars, I’m obsessed with scallops they were so fresh and soft, simply melted in my mouth. Butte but squash and blue potatoes cooked to perfection. I would say it was a sophisticated dish, very light. We came right after it opened so the place looks empty in photos, but it gets packed towards the night.Vegetarian options: They have an entire separate menu for vegan options! Everything can be made with tofu or other alternatives."
