"Gosh, I love the food here! It's a long drive for us, so we only get down 3 or 4 times a year. Their food is consistently good, service is consistently bad. Today's occasion was my birthday. Our waiter's lack of interest was so obvious, I wondered why he bothered to come to work. At NO point did he spend more than a few seconds at our table this was after I mentioned it was a special occasion. Food was cold, martini came as we were almost done eating dessert was not offered. I had to call him back to ask if it was OK for us to order dessert. So, to the server that had the couple in the back booth, that still tipped 20%, please know, you could have made our day a whole lot nicer, if you just had stopped by once to check on us. I am being nice by not naming you."
