"I mean, come on, it's a vegan Chinese restaurant! I took it for granted when I worked just a quarter of a mile away for 15 years. I used to eat there regularly, but now that I'm an hour away, I really miss it! It's a shame that I can’t go as often because of COVID. However, I was in the area recently, so of course we had to stop by! We enjoyed the Kung Pao tofu, pan-roasted dumplings, and a dish with lotus root."
