"We had an excellent dinner. I was surprised to see how the ambiance of Lotus Inn has changed, but I'm sure Covid has a lot to do with it. The Hot and Sour soup was delicious, and Tom Yum was excellent such a wonderful blend of flavors! Our server was wonderful, and suggested a shrimp dumpling that we enjoyed very much. The Singapore noodles make great leftovers, and the Mongolian beef tastes great, perfect blend of savory and slightly sweet."
