"The Greek omelet was mostly filled with spinach and had very little feta, to the point that the spinach overpowered the dish entirely. I had to douse it in hot sauce to make it somewhat palatable. Throughout our meal, the waitress didn’t return to refill our water or coffee, nor did she check on us or ask how the food was. I understand that they might have been short-staffed, but it's important to communicate that to customers.
We spent over $60 for a disappointing breakfast and left feeling thirsty. I had dined at this restaurant a couple of years ago and had a good experience, so I was looking forward to returning—what a letdown. The waitress was an experienced older lady, not a new hire, so I expected better customer service. I reluctantly left her an average tip."
