"I've visited this restaurant multiple times and even brought friends along because the food and service have always been excellent. However, my husband and I went there tonight when it was not very busy, and while the food was fantastic, the service was noticeably lacking. We had to ask several times for salsa and tortillas, and no one came by to refill our drinks. My husband tried to get the waiter's attention, but it was unsuccessful. We ended up having to take our leftover food home wrapped in a wax sheet from the chips since we couldn't get a to-go box. I really don't like writing a negative review for our favorite restaurant, but it's frustrating when it's difficult to get the staff's attention and check on customers."
