"Today, I ordered two iced coffees and the most exquisite egg croissant, aptly named the Bella. It featured a fluffy, incredibly fresh croissant filled with scrambled eggs, avocado, and parmesan flakes, all sprinkled with everything seasoning, and topped with perfectly crisp bacon. On the side, I enjoyed fresh strawberries. It was absolutely heavenly.
The iced coffee was so delicious that I couldn’t resist getting two. It's made with Bustelo coffee, perfectly brewed, and has a frozen coffee block to keep it from watering down—after being without coffee for 10 days, I savored it even more!
The food truck is run by a brother and sister duo, who are the NICEST people. My breakfast, as always, was perfection. The last time I visited, I had a stunning salad loaded with fresh toppings that looked more like a work of art than a meal—definitely not just "ugh, a salad for lunch."
They’ve recently adjusted their hours to be open from 6 AM to around noon due to the sweltering summer heat, which works perfectly for me since I can now stop by on my way to work. This place is truly a hidden gem!"
