After the first employee couldn't find out how to ring in our coupon, the manager took courtney. she was unpleasant to work with the phone and told us that they are not able to make half a special pizza. we asked very kindly whether the pizza maker could do it for us and we 're not saying it. I am fully aware that this is very possible. we used a voucher on the phone and were given overall. When we came to the restaurant, we were told that we had to turn into our badge, although we didn't say that on the phone. more kindly mention that we talked to the manager on the phone and we were not told that we have to bring the voucher, we received a response from good I am the manager. her demon was very unpleasant and we will not return to the future."

"Last night, we ordered the Shaq-aroni and Cinnamon Pill Sparta, and actually did so twice this week. The pizza arrived incredibly fresh and piping hot, as if it had just come straight out of the oven. Both times, the quality was outstanding! I think it's the best I've ever had from Papa John's. They estimated a delivery time of 30-45 minutes, but it arrived in just 20 minutes. I'm really pleased with both the service and my order. I mentioned that I ordered twice; the first time was my mistake because I provided the wrong address. However, they still accepted my order and delivered my pizza, even though it was after closing. I really appreciate everything they do at this location!"

"We hadn't ordered for a few years, mostly due to Covid, but also because we hadn't been happy with the food. Well, also the CEO being a jerk. But recently, due to physical restraints (old age and broken ribs), we decided to at least try the delivery, and try Papa Johns again. This is the second time we have ordered, and hte food is good, better than it had been, and from order to delivery was exactly as promised. We ordered at 4:05 and got it at 4:38. So happy that we now have one place that will deliver and that delivers what they promise to. And by joining the Papa rewards, we got $10 off the order. EDIT: I just tried the GF pizza and I am back to say it's the best GF crust I have found so far. I have tried 4-5 places around Shelby and Boiling Springs and this is the first one where the crust isn't kind of gummy and soft. It was wonderful! Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten-free pizza, which I need."

"I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time, but the employees were outside taking selfies. When I pulled up, I saw them rushing inside while laughing. They told me they had just put my order in the oven. I would give zero stars if I could. Where is the professionalism? Why wasn’t my order ready when you had plenty of time? "Order pizza at 10 a.m. at 11:30 a.m. I called to see if it would come because the app had not yet updated from “create” to “Backen”. They said they used the door bag to deliver my pizza, they arrived at 12:15. Closed within 2 hours after my order and 15 minutes after the place. My big filled crust came sealed and EMPTY! There was obviously never a pizza in this box! I called this morning and “it is out of our hands after the door picks them up” seriously? So last night after midnight I cooked because there was not enough pizza for everyone and they intend not to do anything to solve it. I ordered every week from the Moore location for 10 years without a problem, now we are moved and each order from this location is an hour or more to deliver, something lacking, something wrong made, so I think I will find a new pizza place to order because I am finished with this."

"My grand children and I were staying at Great Wolf Lodge we are from Indiana. Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas received pizza uncut. Called store and manager Chris he asked for a picture of the uncut pizzas then promised to resend our order never received it . Called the next day and the same manager stated his driver delivered the pizza. Well we never received it. He stated if we wanted the pizza we had to pick it up the original order was for delivery why should we have to come to the store and pick it up. He was very rude and nasty I told him I would be reporting him to papa john’s corporate office he said “good luck figuring out our store number” he then hung up."

"I know there are many negative reviews, often regarding orders through DoorDash (which I understand since I've had my share of bad experiences with it) or issues with the Papa John's app itself. I began using the Papa John's app directly, and so far, it has been fantastic for me. My orders are generally ready within 20 to 25 minutes, but I pick them up since it's convenient on my way home from work. Sometimes, you just have to recognize how many people are ordering online, which can impact the workload. The app keeps you updated on your order status, which is nice. "I’ve ordered pizza from this location various times over the last 3 years. I’ve never been disappointed, the quality is always the same as I’ve come to expect. I don’t do delivery, I pickup in the store and find my experience pleasant every time. When I enter the store I’m not overwhelmed by a loud atmosphere loud music yelling as some food places do staff greet me and give me my food. "Papa John 's pizza is pretty good, but business practices and employees at this location is holding it back. After paying near 40-dollars for my order, I was charged additional for packets of cheese and crushed pepper, really? Why Nickle and dime your customers like that? Do this establishment think they 're the only one who has suffered due to the pandemic?What 's worse, I had to tell the employee FIVE times to get a bag for my drink. "I am a third party delivery driver. I was here waiting on a delivery and needed to pee and asked the manager if they would please let me use the bathroom given that i was being forced to wait and that they knew there were no local open bathrooms. The manager here told me there was no way he could do that which is super super crazy because i literally have done it at other area papa johns (ravenna and others). Maybe act like human beings and treat people like human beings. It literally takes no time or effort to be reasonable or kind. This experience has convinced me to never go here again to buy food for eating myself, as the ownership clearly doesn 't care at all about people if they would literally rather force me to pee myself vs let me use their bathroom when im literally forced to wait here. Beyond disrespectful and honestly I 'd love to see this kind of thing gone from this community, it isnt welcome."

"At nearly 10 a.m., they seemed unaware that they had stopped delivering and were closing for the day. My online order was completed, with just a few items left to finalize. "I ordered a Large Cheese pizza today (10/9/22) at 8:34 pm and I didn?t receive a notification that the pizza was out for delivery until 9:32 pm. When I got that notification it said 20-25 minutes for delivery.the pizza didn?t arrive until 10:02 pm,and we weren?t notified at our house via a knock or ring on our door bell. The pizza sat outside for ten minutes before werealized. "This place was awesome first time around. This time we ordered a pizza. They said it would be here in half an hour.. well an hour later we call and see where it is.. They put the wrong address in. Said they tried calling 3 times. We never got a call. So we tested if our phones were working which they were. Finally they arrived and the pizza seemed smaller than the one we ordered. And seemed like it had been thrown into a car with no care whatsoever. Not to mention it was cold because they put in the wrong address so it wasn't fresh anymore due to waiting over an hour. "Have ordered from here multiple times, and food was always decent. Ordered this past weekend. The Papa John's tracker showed my order was baked and preparing for 30 minutes?? Then showed it was delivered, but didn't arrive until 10 minutes later, and by that time was cold. Not to mention, I was extremely sick from the pizza and breadsticks for 2 straight days.
