"cautious without great food or service. calamari was only rings, soggy and overseasoned; and the black truffle aioli looked like black tar and tasted like salty butter. no facilitation for the seasoned calamari. sa outside waiting for them to open, but another few sat before me and then, when a server came, he took orders from four more tables sitting after me before I took my order. two employees complained about their employees in the earshot. only positiw from this place imo is the location at the river. but their chairs outside there are not size-inclusive very unpleasant for larger individuals."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! TOTAL SCAM! Ordered an advertised bottle of Laphropaig 25 year for same day pick up. Called to arrange pick up and I am told they have an inventory issue and don 't have the bottle they fully charged me for. I ask for a refund and was told I would receive one. Two days later still no refund. I call back and am told more lies about how the Manager must have forgotten to refund my $400 charge. It has now been over two weeks since I last called and still no refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They FALSELY ADVERTISE merchandise at attractive prices knowing they do not have them inventory and after they have charged you they REFUSE to return your money. TOTAL SCAM! RUN FAR AWAY from this place. There are much more reputable places you can spend your money at. I would give them ZERO stars if possible."

"The highlight of this restaurant is definitely the staff. Tom, Vince, Rob, Marissa, Wendy, Kris, Kim, Jen, Pete, Tony, Gayle, Ann, Bonnie, and the kitchen team (I apologize if I've missed anyone) are always incredibly friendly. My daughter enjoys joining Mom and Dad for an evening snack. Keep up the great work, everyone! (And could we have more live music, please?)"

"Look, I?ve given soulberri a few tries and it?s OK at best. Their smoothie bowls are great. They are generous with the toppings and the bowls are filling. However, not worth the 35 minute wait to get one. Their smoothies are very good as well, but areoverpriced and seem to only come in one size. I understand inflation has been an issue for many restaurants, but from otherreviews it seems that they?ve been overpricing their menu for a while now. For a place that advertises ?coffee? smoothiesunderneath their sign, the coffee and cold brew needs some serious work. VERY watered down and a step down from instant coffee.Wawa smoothies are cheaper but of the same quality so I probably won?t be returning"
