"I been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time so finally today 10/5/22 I go in there after a hard day of work my server was very friendly and patient it was my first time there . I sat at the bar and the Food was smelling so good I couldn’t wait to eat suddenly I started smelling a burning smell then I heard the sound of scraping the young man making my sandwich ask a young lady to come over and she told him just flip the bread and put it on there so I asked is that the club she said yes I said if it’s burnt I don’t want it she said it’s not food came bread was brunt I sent it back they remade the sandwich way smaller than before and the girl threw it on the counter I politely got up and left I will not spend my hard earned money and be treated poorly shame on you employees need to held accountable for the service they give weather they are serving or behind the counter"

"Sat at the restaurant for over 15 minutes until we finally got our order taken. Fast forward 1 hr we still had not received food and when we finally asked we were told they were still working on it. Order was two BLT sandwiches and two turkey sandwiches. We got our ticket in less than 3 minutes and still had to wait 15 more minutes for our order since we asked them to make it togo. So in total 1 hr and 30 minutes for a to go order."

"I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. I have had mostly positive experiences here, except for a recent visit when I stopped in for a late lunch on Sunday and the young employee behind the counter informed me that they were closing in 40 minutes. It was unnecessary to mention this, as I usually don't take that long to eat at Groucho's. It was quite rude to mention closing time so early. Perhaps hiring older staff would improve the customer experience."

"Had Reuben Variation with potato salad and it was decent. They didn’t have pastrami at the time I went so they substituted with corned beef. I wish there was a bit more meat in there. Their house made sauce is really good and tangy. Lots of dill in the sauces overall including the sauerkraut on Reuben which I didn’t mind."
