"I’ve never had food from this place and decided to stop by in the early afternoon and dine in. The server promptly stopped by and asked me what I wanted to drink and came back quickly with my water. She then told me she’d give me a couple minutes. It honestly felt like forever because I was starving and knew exactly what I wanted.The restaurant had just me and then a party arriving (maybe 3 people were there- also they have a small separate party room which is nice I waited for my server to return but it took a while (in realty maybe 5-10 minutes I decided to get up and order take-out instead because I felt like it was taking a while. I ordered and left to run an errand. I have a recommendation. I think the server needs to ask “are you ready or do you need a minute?” Vs “I’ll give you a minute” bc she said that and then rushed off. Service 4/5.Now the food is a different story. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was SO GOOD. 5/5!!! The chicken was cooked PERFECTLY and I also ordered a side of Alfredo sauce and it was so good. I can tell it’s cooked to order (if not I don’t wanna know ? The food was AMAZING and I highly recommend it. I think I was just hungry and cranky and came back, apologized if I was rude bc I was hungry. Overall I give this place a 4.7/5. I’m impressed because their take-out was AMAZING! Definitely stop by because it’s quality!"

"The service was disappointing. Although they claim to be open until 9:00, they closed the kitchen before 8:30. This is misleading advertising. Even if you can order food through the Slice app, it's not clear that they're actually open until 9. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for good service or a positive experience. Edit: The service has improved a lot."

"Absolutely a disgrace to Italian food. It took over an hour to get our food despite a half empty restaurant and fully staffed staff. We asked for some bread because I’m pregnant and literally gave us some Walmart buns that were toasted. Tasted like cardboard. Even this took 15 mins. 6 adults on our table and not a single one of us had a good meal. Pasta marinara was tasteless and watery with pasta undercooked health hazard especially when you’re pregnant. Stuffed mushroom were gross! You only get one mushroom for $9!!!! All of us left our food uneaten aside from a few bites. When we approached the manager to let her know of our experience she was extremely rude and nonchalant about the entire thing showing that this happens frequently. She kept repeating how her other reviews prove that they have good food (which you can see her reply to all one star posts with the same comment over and over and she will do the same with this) Terrible place. Save yourself money and time and just eat at a fast food chain. As a person who travels to Europe annually, this food is not even close to Italian! More like microwavable frozen food from Walmart!"

"I felt CHEATED. my review keeps disappearing after it was posted so I'll keep coming back to keep them honest. I paid over $10 for a half penny club and chips. I watched one employee stop the girl at the slicer after she put 4 transparently thin slices of meat in my sandwich. You can't even see the meat in my photo as proof it was so scant. They advertise 30% more meat but don't give it. My friends day other locations don't operate this way. Don't waste your money here."
